The Brooklyn Hospital Center (TBHC) will hold a free community health fair at the 61st Street Family Health Center on Monday, August 22, 2011 from 2-4pm at 771 61st Street Division Avenue (between 7th and 8th Avenue), Brooklyn, NY. The event will offer free blood pressure, cholesterol, dental and diabetes screenings; information on WIC, smoking cessation, and health insurance. Free giveaways!
