With the rapid influx of changing COVID-19 information, TBHC’s Nursing Education launched a health education series, open to the community and employees alike. The sessions are prerecorded Zoom chats filmed with our team of expert nurses.

On October 14, the first Q&A covered the similarities and differences between COVID-19 and influenza, and was hosted by Aileen Tanafranca, AVP of Nursing Administration and Strategy.

Future sessions will cover a variety of topics and will be released on TBHC’s Facebook page, @brooklynhospitalcenter, every Wednesday until November 18. The schedule is as follows:

November 4: Influenza Tips for Pregnant Women
