On Monday, May 23, hundreds of our finest friends, physicians and business partners came together in support and celebration of our hospital’s recent progress at the 2022 Founders Ball gala.
Held in the grand and beautiful Brooklyn Museum, the fabulous event was bursting with refreshing spring florals, inspirational stories from our esteemed honorees and touching moments as guests reunited for the first time in-person since 2019. Guests enjoyed delicious food, dancing, live portrait artists, an exclusive look at the Guadalupe Maravilla exhibit and a special message from Kenan Thompson.
Most importantly, and thanks to the collective efforts of our generous community of supporters, we raised more than $1,450,000! Proceeds from the evening will fund more hospital advancements like an expansion of our Cardiac Catheterization Lab.
Please give another round of applause to our extraordinary honorees: Brooklyn Without Borders Medalists, Dan Chung & His Alger Colleagues; Founders Medalist, Carlos P. Naudon; Walter E. Reed Medalist, Ahmar Aziz Butt, MD; and Walter E. Reed Medalist, Louisdon Pierre, MD.
