About Armand Asarian, MD: 

Dr. Asarian attended medical school at SUNY Health Science Center in Brooklyn. He completed his residency in general surgery at The Brooklyn Hospital Center (TBHC), and a fellowship in colorectal surgery at the Baylor University Hospital Center in Dallas, Texas. He is currently the Chief of Colon and Rectal Surgery at TBHC, and is a professor of surgery at Weill Medical College of Cornell University. He is trilingual and speaks English, Romanian and Armenian. Dr. Asarian is board-certified in surgery and colon and rectal surgery.
